The detailed fee schedules that list the tuition, ancillary and incidental fees for students by academic session are posted on this website early to mid-April for Summer session, and mid-July for the Fall-Winter.  To see past years' fee schedules, click here.

An annual schedule of tuition fees approved by the Governing Council can be found on the Planning and Budget website.

Refund RequestsPlease note that that our office is working on helping students pay or defer to register for the 2018 Fall – 2019 Winter session. Refunds requests will NOT be processed until the week of September 10, 2018. Please submit your refund request on September 10th or later. Exceptions: You have a credit balance and have graduated or you were unable to get your student visa to study in Canada.

2018 Fall – 2019 Winter Pay or Defer to Register Period has BegunBefore each Fall – Winter (September to April) session, your sessional registration status is initially set as “Invited to Register”. Fall-Winter session fee billing will start as of July 16, 2018. You can enroll in courses but your registration status has to be changed to “Registered” by the published registration deadline for your division. Otherwise your sessional registration will be “Financially Cancelled” , and your course enrolment will be cancelled.

NEW for full-time OSAP StudentsStarting 2018 Fall – 2019 Winter session, the payment and refunding processes for full-time OSAP students have changed. View information on the NEW payment and refunding processes for students by clicking on the “For OSAP Students” picture on the left hand side of the screen. Enrolment Services will launch a new refund request process in September 2018. If you are an OSAP student, do NOT submit your refund request to Student Accounts.

OFFICE HOURS8:45 AM to 4:30 PM, July 3 to September 3. The last Wednesday of every month the office closes at 3:00PM for a staff meeting. These dates are January 31, February 28, March 28, April 25, May 30, June 27, July 25, August 29, September 26, October 31, November 28, and December 12th.
